Every new inbound lead should land enriched, scored, and routed before an SDR sees it — with a one-line brief in the rep's Slack. Kill the morning triage.

This is a great fit for a triggered automation. One thing I want to get right up front: how do you want leads routed — round-robin within a segment, by territory, or by named-account ownership? And should I enrich every lead, or only ones that pass a basic fit bar to save enrichment spend?

Route by territory, fall back to round-robin if there's no owner. Enrich everything — we'd rather spend the credits than misroute. And there's a hard rule: nothing with PII can land in a shared Slack channel.

Understood. I'll DM the owning rep directly rather than a channel, and I'll add a PII guardrail that inspects every brief before it posts. Let me build the pipeline.

Build

The pipeline now routes a single lead end to end. Before you trust the scoring, I'd backtest it against last month's inbound and compare my routing to what the team actually did. Run it?

Do it. Backtest the last 30 days and show me specifically where you'd disagree with how we routed.

Test
The disagreements favored the agent

Routing matched the manual outcome 96% of the time. Of the 4% that differed, most were cases I scored higher because of product activity the team couldn't see at triage — and 12 of those later converted. Zero PII guardrail trips across all 1,900 briefs.

That's better than our manual pass. Turn it on live for all inbound.
